Mobile Industry Awards 2008… Voted Best Dealer
At the prestigious Mobile Industry Awards 2008, Fone Solutions were voted the coveted award-winner for Best Dealer. All nominated and ultimately short-listed businesses were judged against the following key criteria:
- Ability to deliver first-class customer service
- Knowledge and ability to deliver the widest range of products and services
- Understanding and ability to be in-tune with customer requirements
- Ability to deliver the highest quality customers to networks
- Expertise in developing innovative services
Judges included directors of Nokia and Hutchison 3g, and as a result the scoring process was particularly tough for all short-listed companies, but thanks to our valued customers and our dedicated team of staff, our growth in just two and a half years was noted as ‘incredible’ by the panel of judges.
For us, this achievement has not been a cause to become complacent, rather a key focal point in the next phase of our development. We are continually motivated to support and work closely with our new and existing customers, and our ethos drives us to bring new and innovative thinking and applications to our customers in a way that delivers maximum efficiency and cost-savings.
